6 things to know About
Your Heart if you
Don’t want to die so soon …..
Heart is a vital organ in human body which should be highly cherished and preserved without a functioning heart; no human being can enjoy a good living. The heart remains the engine that carries the body like that of motor vehicle.
A car can have a good or an undamaged body, but without a good engine, such vehicle will move nowhere, so it is with the human body today.
From this time of memorial, the heart [hard or broken] was viewed as the good seat of human emotion.
The heart is a vital organ that has a central role pumping blood around the human body.
The major action of the heart is the flowing of blood around the body. Blood flows through the human body in a close circuit.
In humans, this circuit is made up of two loops, known as the double circulatory system. The first, the pulmonary system, sends blood to the lungs, where it is loaded with oxygen, and it brings it back to the heart .The lung is a friend to the heart .the lung is not in anyway responsible for moving blood through the body but heart.
The heart through systemic circulatory system sends the oxygen –rich blood to fuel your nervous system, muscles and everything you do.
From a close view, the human heart has two major types of chamber. Blood enters the atria before passing into the ventricles the thick walls of the ventricles are needed to generate enough pressure that will pump blood from the heart to the farthest ends of the body. This pumping must not stop, when it does, the body will be certified dead.
Really, the cardiac muscle cells have a natural rhythm, but the senatorial node acts as a pacemaker to ensure that they all beat in time .Diseases, drugs and genetic mutations can disturb the rhythm of the heart and lead to a loss of synchronicity which can be fatal. You just need to be extral – careful how you are dealing with the heart –a vital single organ in human body.
To understand the intricacies of the heart, you must identify the components, the nuts and bolts - this will make you to see what is happening when rare heart events, such as arrhythmias, occur in humans.
      The Visualized Living Heart
The human heart has six major nuts and bolts. The heart, - a vital organ in the body can be divided it 6 major functional areas namely
(1)    sinatrial node
(2)    Right ventricle
(3)    Bundle of this
(4)    Mitral value
(5)    Left atrium
(6)    Aorta

(1)    Sinoatrial node: this is also known as the heart pacemaker. The sinotrial node is a group of specialized heart cells that regulate the heartbeat by sendure out electrical signals at regular intervals. The heart is a miracle to the body due to how it functions.
If the rhythm is disrupted, the heart’s muscle fibres will contract in a rapid, unsynchronized way – called fibrillation
Defibrillations, often seen in medical dramas, are used to stop the chaotic heartbeat and allow the sinotrial node to regain control.
(2)    Right ventricle: here is one of the two large chambers that are responsible for pumping blood around the human body. it is the[right ventricle that pumps oxygen-poor[deoxygenated]blood to the lungs
(3)    Bundle of this .This is part of the hearts electrical wiring system , the bundle of this transmits
electrical impulses generated by the sinatorial node through the ventricle walls
(4)    Mitral value—As the left atrium contract, the mitral value open, allowing blood to flow into the ventricle below. If the value fails to close properly, blood can leak back into the atrium. Know as mitral regurgitation, this can lead to increase pressure in the atrium.
(5)    Left atrium:  The Atria are the entry point for blood into the heart. It must not be blocked by anything at all. Do not block your heart atria by your mouth or the food that you eat or the stress that you carry in your mind. The left atrium receives oxygenated blood from the lungs.
(6)    Aorta:- The largest artery in human body, the aorta carries oxygenated blood out of the heart. It also flows into the coronary arteries, supplying blood to the heart muscle.
To live longer not die suddenly, the blockage of the aorta must be afforded. Fatly deposits in blood vessels can lead to heart diseases. Also, blockages that reduce blood flow can triggera heart attack (myocardinal in carction) or, if they affect vessels leading to the brain, a stroke. May God forbid.
